Happy National Zucchini Bread Day!

Many zucchini breads have delicious baking spices like cinnamon, nutmeg and clove – and I certainly love those flavors! But I admit, I’m not really a fan. I’ll eat it, but I don’t go out of my way to have it. Which is probably why I don’t have a recipe to share with you!
